Delmar J. Kieliszewski

Delmar J. Kieliszewski, age 75, of Alpena passed away peacefully on January 12, 2018, at Mid-Michigan Medical Center of Alpena, surrounded by his family.
On December 2, 1942, Delmar was born in Alpena, Michigan to the late Frank and Sophie (Wcisel) Kieliszewski. Delmar worked for Mid-Way Giant retiring in 1997, after 35 years. Later worked for the Alpena Township in the Janitorial Department from 1999 until November of 2016. He was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church of All Saints Parish, St. Anne Choir, and the Rosary Society group 13. Delmar was a self taught Artisan.
Delmar is survived by one sister Bernice (Joseph) Zolnierek of Alpena, MI; one sister-in-law: Charlotte Miller of Gross Pointe Woods, MI; nieces and nephews: David (Monica) Zolnierek of Presque Isle, MI; Helen (Ray) Suszek of Alpena, MI; Paul (Sue) Zolnierek of Alpena, MI; Carol Morsches of Gaylord, MI; Mark (April) Zolnierek of Gulfport, FL; Charles Miller of St. Claire Shores, MI; Kevin (Fawn) Kieliszewski of Canton, MI; and several great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers: Irwin, Arthur, and Leonard Kieliszewski.
Family and friends will gather for visitation at Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home on Monday, January 15, 2018, from 2 pm until 7 pm, with a Rosary Service at 3 pm and a Parish Prayer Service at 6 pm. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at St. Anne Catholic Church of All Saints Parish from 10 am until the 11 am Mass of Christian Burial begins with Rev. Fr. Joe Muszkiewicz officiating.
Internment: Holy Cross Cemetery
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to All Saints Schools or the Huron Humane Society.
