Fay M. Creguer

Fay M. Creguer, 91, of Alpena passed away at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City on Saturday, November 6, 2021.  Fay was born to Burt and Lita (Wortman) McDonnell in Detroit, on June 12, 1930.  She married Paul J.Creguer on April 14, 1956.  Fay worked as an insurance agent for Equitable Insurance at the Sander's Agency before staying home to care for her children.  She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.

Fay is survived by five of her children; Chris and Dr. John Shoberg of Cedarville, Paula and Timothy Wright of Boyne Falls, Burt Creguer of Plymouth Township, Pete and Lisa Creguer of Ossineke and Marty Creguer of Linwood, as well as eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband Paul, son, John, daughter in law, Pam and sister, Margo McDonnell.

Fay had a great love for animals and doted on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She will be missed by all.

Memorial Visitation will be held Monday, November 22, 2021 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of All Saints Parish beginning at 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
