Judith Ann Ableidinger

Judith Ann Ableidinger, 81, passed away peacefully at Cedar Hill Assisted Living in Bark River, Michigan on March 24, 2023.

Judy was born February 6, 1942 in Alpena, Michigan to the late Norman and Tillie (Doane) Dekett. She married Richard Ableidinger in August 1964.  

She is survived by her daughter Sarah (William) Newhouse, sister Linda Klemens, and grandchildren Elly and Lily Newhouse.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard and her brothers Charlie (Joy), Robert and Gordon Dekett.

Judy started her career at The Alpena Savings bank and Retired from MyMichigan Medical Center. Judy was also a devoted member of Community of Christ Church as well as being an active leader and volunteer with Girl Scouts. Judy loved making doll clothes and seeing the happy faces of children coming to her booth at craft shows.

A memorial visitation will take place at Karpus Hunter & Ross Funeral Home on Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 12:00 PM with Pastor Lynn Field officiating.
