Patricia Ann Dehring

March 17, 1933 — June 7, 2020

Patricia Ann Dehring, age 87, of Alpena, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 7, 2020, at home surrounded by her family.

On March 17, 1933, Patricia was born to the late Angus and Agnes (Werda) Turske in Alpena, Michigan. She married Raymond Dehring on May 14, 1955, at St. Mary Catholic Church. They were blessed with 61 years of marriage before Ray preceded her in death on August 21, 2016. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church of All Saints Parish and The Daughter's of Isabella. Patricia loved spending time with family and gatherings at her home on Long Lake.

She is survived by her four children: Terry (Annie) Dehring of Marquette, MI; Larry (Jo Ann) Dehring, Jere (Jo Anne Smigelski) Dehring, and Kerrie (Jim) Kamyszek all of Alpena, MI; six grandchildren: Kara (Eric) Kaminski, Angela (Jordan) Geyer, Erik (Andrea) Dehring, Julia Dehring, Elise (Tony) Gapczynski, and Isabelle Dehring; six great-grandchildren: Paige and Eva Kaminski, Maci, Cole and Kane Geyer and Greyson Dehring; one sister-in-law Rosalie Turske along with several nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by three brothers: Eugene, Clarence and Benedict Turske, one sister Dorothy Smokovich.

Family and friends will gather for visitation at Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, from 12 noon until the Funeral Service begins at 2 pm with Fr. James Fitzpatrick officiating at Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home.

Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
